The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any requests. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. the resort offered a variety of activities and amenities, including a spa and multiple pools, making it easy to relax and unwind during our stay.
The resort itself was in need of modernization. The decor and furnishings in the rooms appeared outdated, giving the overall impression of a tired and old-fashioned atmosphere.

One of my favorite spots was down at the beach club, where I could relax and soak up the sun while enjoying the beautiful coastline. Another highlight was visiting the Gold Coast, which is just a short drive away and offers a vibrant and bustling atmosphere. I also had the chance to dine at two of the resort's restaurants, and I was impressed with the quality of the food and the attentive service.
I did notice a lack of attention to detail in some areas of the hotel.

The hotel organised a broad range of optional activities for both kids & adults, including Easter craft, social tennis, astronomy, and archery. There is plenty to do casually - eg ike riding, outdoor chess, table tennis, basketball ring, and a games room. The staff were friendly and efficient.

It was the quietest night's sleep we have had at a hotel in a long time. Just wished we had turned the heater noise off earlier.Delightful surroundings. Loved the opportunity for walks around the golf course and to the beach. Liked the room layout, space and bed comfort. A very relaxing stay thankyou.

Great food and excellent staff. the rooms were spacious and clean. We enjoyed playing golf and using the tennis courts. the spa was also a great addition to our weekend.
The location was not ideal for us as it was quite far from the beach and other attractions. the breakfast was slightly overpriced and we found it difficult to find gluten-free options.

The Day Spa area and gym was very useful/relaxing since the weather was runny, also it was really nice to be so close to the beachside.
I didn't get the best night sleep, I found the bed/pillows too soft for my comfort. If your a young single guy/girl, I don't recommend staying here if your looking to meet other young folks.

This hotel is a luxurious, exclusive venue with exceptional service. the Spa centre and Sauna provide the perfect place to relax. the swimming pool is magnificent and the garden area is beautiful. Private facilities were amazing and our room advantages were exclusive. the fine dining restaurant provided exceptional meals, we enjoyed a special diet menu. Private swimming pool was a plus and the location advantages were remarkable. Cons: Though we had an overall pleasant stay, there was one minor issue with a dead fly found in our room.

My sister and I took our very elderly parents (90 and 91) for a short holiday and were extremely impressed. Every member of staff we encountered was wonderful and made the stay extremely enjoyable for all. My parents have limited mobility yet this was no issue. They were so impressed that they are determined to be around next year so we can take them back for another stay. We dined in 3 restaurants and all provided excellent food, service and atmosphere. The wine shop was very helpful and has a great range. The massage I had in the spa was the best. All in all, we are very satisfied customers ..... thank you!

Had a very short stay...creme brulee at dinner was my favourite!
The motorised golf cars they use to deliver the clean linen for when we checked out arrived around 6am and the box containing same was dropped very loudly at our front door, not a nice wake up call.

Upmarket facilities
Resort layout is like a fabbit warren - too easy to get lost. Cannot park car next to room - have to be ferried from car park to room when transferring luggage.
